Terms of Service

Hello from Plat!
Thank you very much for choosing to make a purchase with us here at plat.co.nz Please fill out our delivery information carefully, providing all information needed by our couriers so we can get your order to you successfully.

Actual colors may vary
This is due to the fact that every computer monitor has a different capability to display colors and that everyone sees these colors differently. We try to edit our photos to show the samples as life-like as possible, but please understand the actual color may vary slightly from your monitor. We cannot guarantee that the color you see accurately portrays the true color of the product.

Delivery timing
Allow 7-15 working days for delivery as most of our items are stylised to order. If you live rurally it may take a little longer.

Delivery address
Please provide a physical street address – we’re not able to deliver to a P.O. Box numbers. You will need to sign for your order on delivery too so make sure it’s an address someone will be at during working hours.

International shipping
We don’t currently ship overseas, however we’re considering expanding, so if you’re really keen please get in touch at support@plat.co.nz and we can see what we can do.

Transaction currency
We are a New Zealand owned and operated business, all transactions are billed in New Zealand dollars.

Returns and refunds
You may return any product that is faulty or incorrectly supplied, except for sale or discounted items, within 14 days of purchase. Items must be returned unworn, unaltered and unwashed. All original packaging and labelling must be returned also. Sale items may not be returned or exchanged unless they are faulty so please do choose carefully Returns are not offered on incorrectly selected sizes or colours, as items are made to order. Please choose carefully. NB We’ve provided measurements to help you pick your correct size. If we are out of stock on an item and it will be delayed in shipping, we will let you know, and you can decide to wait, replace with a different item for the same value or request a full refund.

To return an item, pop it in a parcel back to us. Make sure you really make the parcel secure by using loads of tape as you are responsible for it until it reaches us. We also suggest you select an insured shipping or postage method. Plat does not accept responsibility for packages we do not ship ourselves so double check. All return shipping costs are to be paid by the you (the customer) so choose carefully!

IMPORTANT: Before returning faulty or incorrectly sent items please email us at support@plat.co.nz to ensure we can replace item. If we are unable to replace the faulty or incorrect item a full refund will be given.
